繩帶的機型辨別方法 Method for identifying the model of rope straps

　　圓繩都是雙錠機所生產(chǎn)的，扁帶都是單錠機生產(chǎn)的，子母帶都是專用子母機46錠生產(chǎn)的，所以在判別該產(chǎn)品的機型時，先要清楚它是屬于那一類別。簡單的判別方法：數(shù)一數(shù)產(chǎn)品單面同一水平線上同一方向的紗線條數(shù)，如果是圓繩用所數(shù)的紗線條數(shù)*8等于機型的錠數(shù)，如果是扁帶用所數(shù)的紗線條數(shù)*4

　　1等于機型的錠數(shù)，對于一些特別的產(chǎn)品不使用。對于子母帶判別一般都是46錠生產(chǎn)，當(dāng)然這里大家要同無梭機生產(chǎn)的子母帶區(qū)別開，區(qū)別在于無梭機生產(chǎn)的子母帶有經(jīng)緯紗錘子交織而成，緯紗可以拉出來，而繩帶機生產(chǎn)的子母帶只有經(jīng)紗交叉編制而成。

1 is equal to the number of ingots in the model, and is not used for some special products. For the discrimination of mother and child belts, it is generally produced on 46 spindles. Of course, here we need to distinguish it from the mother and child belts produced on a shuttle less machine. The difference is that the mother and child belts produced on a shuttle less machine are interwoven with warp and weft yarn hammers, and the weft yarn can be pulled out, while the mother and child belts produced on a rope machine are only interwoven with warp yarn.
